My stay was quite disappointing. The first room had stained sheets and even a dead bug in bed. Although the staff, especially Elizabeth, tried hard to help, the replacement rooms were either unmade or not suitable. The last room was satisfactory but then the police showed up due to an issue next door. The front desk manager was uncooperative regarding compensation, which added to my frustration. I would not recommend this hotel.
